Help in Sourcing for reliable ID or Contractor for BTO renovation

Hi, i need help in sourcing for reliable and good ID or contractors recommendations and decide if i should use a ID or just a contractor for my renovation.

I am open to just having a good contractor to do a good reno if the price and workmanship is good. I am very new to this any form of help is much appreciated. From electric works to design to any ideas. 

i am more inclined towards engaging a Contractor for cheaper cost etc.

I can recommend electrician and air-con installer based on the service & experience I had with them. Quality wise, so far so good based on 1 month of usage after reno. 

I would not recommend my ID though.

Can try Goldenbricks Building contractor.. quite a long established company..

my house was done by them. workmanship is quite good and prices reasonable...

Thanks! i tried the 'Get a Quote' feature here in renotalk but till date only 3 replied lol.. Think my budget is too low for their liking.

I also find it difficult to find contractor with my super low budget, looking to get recommendation from here too.
