I was constantly flying and my contractor monitored the progress of the renovation and constantly assuring me that the works are going well. She do respond to my enquiries even after her working hours on even on weekends  of course i am not encouraging you guys to do that all the time . 

Best part is they have their own carpentry factory so the carpentry works are much lower~
