Responsive & pleasant contractor

I thought of sharing my contractor over here as i felt they did a good job on my Resale Condo house in Changi. I was constantly flying and my contractor monitored the progress of the renovation and constantly assuring me that the works are going well. She do respond to my enquiries even after her working hours on even on weekends  of course i am not encouraging you guys to do that all the time . 

Best part is they have their own carpentry factory so the carpentry works are much lower~

Attached with my renovated living room beautifully done! all within $6000!!!!

I did the Lbox with cove

Curtain Pelmet & box up

TV console and TV wall feature

Relaminated my kitchen cabinet

Installed 1x ceiling fan

Electrical works

Painting for 2 walls

Removing 1x gate

Removing 3x window grilles

Touch-up on the ceiling lights

disposal of sofa

General Cleaning

Floor Protection

Haulage

Hi there, 7k for all these are consider expensive. I had just checked with my contractor, they only charge about 5k. However, yours is a condo unit, might be a reason why she set it at 7k.

Hi  other than the above, they foc quite a number of work and most importantly its the service they rendered.
