Bad experience with contract manager at MVM roofing

Just want to share my experience on the contract manager at MVM roofing.

I was looking around for a contractor since last year to re-roof. Went for a few companies and finally shortlist two. Was deciding between Soleil & MVM. MVM kept on calling to try & convince to sign a contract, gave projects of other customers...quite persistent, ensuring the company's quality.. etc. The company has been around for a while & is experienced to do re-roofing. My bad experience came after i decided to go with MVM. It is not the company but the contract manager. I did not think it should be a complicated contract but beware of what bad attitude & service you will get after signing with him. After signing, his attitude was since you will only do your roof one time, he can start to abuse & bully his customer since he can get away. At first, the discussion was to start in 3 weeks' time after signing over verbal discussion but after signing, i was told to start the 3rd week of next month. Since i didnt expect him to renegade verbal agreement, i had to endure waiting till another 4 weeks. But that is just the beginning of my regret dealing with this salesman.
