Valuation of HDB flat before selling

Hi all,

Has anyone gotten a valuation for their HDB flat before selling, so as to get a sense of how much their flat is worth, instead of waiting till there's a potential buyer? If so, who did you contact? I've tried contacting SISV and DTZ (through the SISV website), but haven't heard anything back from them yet.

No need, usually u can use tools like SRX to give you a free valuation. It's quite useful!
