Beware of Living Solution at The Furniture Mall (saleman Kenny)

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP - LIVING SOLUTION AT THE FURNITURE MALL(Toh Guan Road)

2 weeks ago, my mum ordered a 2 seater sofa (worth $888) from the living solution branch at Furniture mall, the sofa was delivered last sat and we were very disappointed with the quality of the sofa delivered. The workmanship of the sofa was inferior - it looks like those $300-400 sofa selling at the pasar malams; the seat cushion was also different from what we had requested. It was totally different from what we saw at their showroom. We called the saleman Kenny who had served us to complain, he supposed to call us back yesterday but till now we havn't receive any response from him.
