5RM BTO RENOVATION PACKAGE

My new 5RM BTO is expected to complete in Q3 2016 completed with the following,

1.Floor tiles already layed for living room and the 2 bed rooms,  

2,.Open kitchen concept.

3. Opted out doors and sanitary fittings

I visited one of the ID and they quoted me a baisic package for $10K and free $1K voucher for bathroom accessory (Can used to buy the toilet bowl, wash basin, taps etc)

L box without lighting at the living room perimeters to the aisle of the rooms (LED down lights I provide)

MBR built in Wardrobe

TV console (6ft)

Vanity cabinet for MBR w/o mirror

Kitchen cabinet with damper

Granite table top for bottom kitchen cabinet 

Painting of the house 

Construct a base for fridge

Kerb for toilets

Labour to install all the toilet fittings, plumbing work.

Electrical power point at additional of $30ea.

Another $11K

TV Feature Wall 6FT

Built in wardrobe for 2 common room

Kitchen island w/o chairs

Construct a partition and full glass door for study room.

Provide and install 3 solid wooded doors for bed rooms and 2 aluminium bi-fold doors for bath room.

Is the quote reasonable?

Mine is resale EA flat. Can't really tell if your quote is reasonable or not. Let me know if you want to get a quote from my ID. I know he's one of the cheapest IDs in Singapore. And he's very experienced & knowledgeable in renovation.

U need to get much more details than this. A lot of contractors tend to use very bad materials like for your kitchen island and such.... Before you bargain on price, you must know exacty what you're getting into first.
