the payment % is 10-40-40-10.. i nv nego leh coz i also know nothing abt the payment structure, sounds ok to me. hehe..

just a caution, his quote (as you can see above) is at a small premium because i think, if i continue to search harder, might be able to get a cheaper quote..

but after much considerations, me and hb still went ahead to sign with him as we felt his design conceptualising skills are stronger than the other 5 ids whom we've met plus got chemistry lor (nice chap)..

and design is a major concern me and hb looking for..

our motto 'house is hdb, home is condo', haha..

therefore if only going for basic renovations, the premium his co is charging might not be so worth it..
