Possible to remove kitchen wall yet not do overlay ?

I have opted for the tiles in the bto.

Recently I am looking into designing of the house which is coming soon.

I thought of removing the wall between kitchen and living room.

But that will mean the tiles will be half from kitchen and half from living room

Will it be strange ??
