Build Shelves in DB Box

Hi all,

When i did my reno few years ago, I forgot to request my ID to fix shelves inside my DB box. Now ID is quoting me $200 to fix 5 shelves which i find it is abit expensive.

Anyone knows if any carpenters provide such service?
