This should be one of the most common design as well for HDB/Condo. I found that there can be different variations for the spacing and contractor/installer will seldom or never talked about it during quotation. What are all your grilles spacing? For potential owners who planned to install, this must be taken note especially when getting different pricing on quotations. Big big spacing but cheap!
