I just got my 5 room BTO house key 1 week ago . Got 3 quotation from ID and Comtractor . 
Wanna to check with you some pricing, hope everyone here can help . Thanks you .

1 Homogeneous tiles $3.50 per square feet , labour + materials + new cement, 845 square  feet x $8.50 
$7,182.5 , ( price reasonable) ?
 2 Kitchen TOP , bottom cabinet, 24 feet $2520 , 12 feet Soild surface table TOP $720 , install sink $200 , total $3440 ( price reasonable) ? PLEASE HELP . THANKS AGAIN .

i showed my contractor, and he asked issit you install the tiles in kitchen?

I see too cheap liao lei. I got receive some quotes around this pricing and visited some of their ongoing projects. its a world's difference. you might want to go see their ongoing project touch touch feel feel. i signed with a mid range quote at the end
