EM laundry solutions

Any EM owners care to share their laundry/clothes drying area? The current arrangement is the laundry is hung outside the MBR window (balcony area is sealed as extension to living room) but we plan on reinstating the balcony. I saw some wall mounted racks that would be feasible, and some of the neighbours use bamboo poles still.

My husband convinced me to get a dryer, but we still intend to try and mount some racks for bamboo poles on our balcony. Thinking of getting something like these and mount above the head at the balcony area:
