Need help on renovation loan

Hi, 

I need help on my renovation loan. My wife and i plan to get a renovation loan but we have some problems. We tried applying thru posb and ocbc and was rejected. After which we checked that my credit rating is not good. So now we are planning to apply for a renovation loan thru my wife only.

I was told that one person can apply for 2 renovation loan, is it true?

Next is i was wondering is there any renovation contracters offering in house loans?

Please do advise as we are at our ends thinking what can be done.

Hi,

Just happen to see your post. I do know of ID that has loan officer that could assist to help your wife to take reno loan from different banks.  

The problem is... the more banks you take the loan from, the more processing fees there is and different banks has different interest rates.

i hope you already managed to secure reno loan, i think your wife can get separately from a diff bank just like what hat888 above said..
