kindybuen 0 Report post Posted April 6, 2016 I finally got my keys to my BTO! I'm currently looking for lights for my whole place. I prefer to get all my lights from one place (in case if need to troubleshoot anything, still need to recall which lights came from which shops). Lightings are essential to me and I hate to deal with the trouble of lights blown or flickering, so I prefer to get from somewhere with good warranty. Preferably can come up to my place to troubleshoot if need be. Can't seem to find any lighting shops with good warranty and good price. Those that I've visited like do carry in repair only. KimmyVan 0 Report post Posted April 7, 2016 Can go to House of Chandelier. They give 2 years on site warranty and on top of that their price is cheaper than many lighting shops that I've come across. I've replaced all my lightings with their lights. So far their post sales service is as good as their presales service. I'm a satisfied customer here. Nanachan7 1 Report post Posted May 8, 2016 I also highly recommend House of Chandelier. I've got their lights from them sometime end 2014. Now all the lights still no problem. Their after sales support is great too. Just last month, one of the lights stopped working. They really did send someone down after I called them regarding the issue. Then they found out that the lights wasn't working because of loose connection due to poor installation by my electrician. Even when it's not their lights problem, they still came up to my door to resolve the problem. And the best part is, they didn't charge me anything for something that's not their fault.
