We signed a BTO package in Aug 2015 with $500 deposit at 3D Toa Payoh centre. Then we delayed key collection to the new flat. Called Bryan to extend our booking to Oct 2015. No problem, no question asked. By the time we decided to start renovation it was Dec 2015. We told Bryan, we need to shift into the new flat by mid Jan 2016---"Ok! Do my best." During renovation, like our hacked wall column installed with HDB ceramic tiles instead of being painted. It was done. We changed painted colors to 2 walls. It was done. We shifted into the new flat 16th Jan'16. Paid up fully by end Jan' 16. We discovered the top of kitchen cabinet was laminate white instead of wood grain. Bryan get it fix within a week. In end Mar'16, discovered s minor defect in the floor tile. Would any contractor entertain us way after full payment. I called Bryan. Today, it has been fixed. So very glad and satisfied we engaged this young man.
