Hi.. thanks.. for the qoute.. i think still depends on in what you intend to do.. some ppl here having qoute above 90k for EA. Mine for now is up to 34k with no flooring or tile hacking. 

Am doing overlay of vnyl. 

My hacking are just the kitchen cabinet and built in wardrobe. 

Also depends if you want to do rewiring or not. 

And yes.. am doing wainscoting and that alone cost me more than 5k.

I feel like I need to re-do myT-blog all over again.. haiz.. 

Finally had our 1st HDB appt yesterday for buying transaction. And our fear came true when the seller insist on 7wks instead of 6 weeks. 

That means.. I only have 13 days including weekend to complete the renovation. Guess the title of my Tblog really suits the situations am now in. Super Tight Budget on Time!! 

And so we met up with our Mr contractor last night to confirm and semi-finalize on the work need to be done. They will work out the schedule for us and try to finish up everything within 10-12 days. 

We paid our 1st upfront so that he can get prepare the capentry materials first. Luckily we are not doing any major floor or wall hacking. 

We selected our Compactplus Kitchen counter Top and flooring Vnyl. And yes.. cant wait for my wainscoting wall. 

So for the theme of my new house, actually am not really sure what its gonna be.. maybe a Modern English Classic? 

There wont be any 3D design to share as am engaging a contractor not an ID. 

By the way, here's the vnyl flooring which I had selected for the living room and kitchen area.

Last weekend, we drop by to Glamorous Living & Design at Singapore Expo.

We scout for King size bed 9" storage bed frame and mattress and immediately, Mr husband fall in love with this bedding set after he tried lying down on it. As for me... I said Yes.. because am in lurve with the headboard. 

Most probably, we're going down again this coming weekend to grab this deal.

This time we bought our kitchen sink and 2 wc for the masterbedroom and common toilets.

Last month we visited a frd's place and they had installed these type of sockets in their living room. 

This allowed them to use the power point and charge their Hp just by using cable and plug straight to the power point. 

We're going to steal this idea and get a few of this powerpoint all over our new home, included the kitchen. 

Will be much easier when am busy checking out the resipes and charging my phone at the same time.

Finally we got our ceiling Fan. Fans shopping at JB.

This is the fan for the kitchen. Since we will install a classic door at the kitchen entrance and we will put on frosted glass behind the sink to separate the service area, a fan will be the most important item in the kitchen.
