Advice on Renovation Package

Hi Guys

I m getting a resale HDB Maisionette within a few months time.

I m keeping the whole house tiles except the 3 toilets.

The renovation work to be as follow,

Overhaul 3 toilet, open concept kitchen with glass panel, kitchen cabinet and laminate flooring, 4 bedrooms to built wardrobes, dining room carpentry work (show case) n living area =feature wall, divider and glass sliding doors.n lastly false ceiling n L box for the whole house. And some other small features

Can u guys estimate what will be the renovating cost or able to share any ID that is reliable n charge a reasonable price.

I m intending to set aside about 50k to 60k.
