Anyone know how to find a renovation supervisor?

Hi guys, need your help!

I am planning to renovate my 4-room condo. But I have trouble finding a professional third party to help supervise the reno process. 

In China, it is commonly required to have such a third party supervisor for any renovation (the corresponding term here might be "resident technical officers", i guess)

Just wondering if anyone know any similar service provider for home reno in Singapore. Pls share if you know such service providers.

By the way, is there any widely-known good contractors for recommendation? Just wanna make sure my home will be well taken care of......

I thought usually there will be an on site supervisor for renov? and that its the service of the sales rep to coordinate the renov progress.. hmm...
