I would like to know whether I can sell my house without meeting the min stay period? This house was bought together with my Mother, if I'm getting married and going to buy a flat with my hubby

This looks like a name transfer issue.

Yr mother must be able to top up your share, or, another name to be inserted who replaces you.

And he pays you (cpf)

Hello just saw this. You can't sell your house unless you meet the minimum occupation period of 5 years.

Better ask for the permission and go as per rules. Prevention is always better. Getting into trouble is not what you want so ask HDB and follow as they say.
