Those who've made purchases from a Mr Summer Chew from Winter International Pte Ltd, and have made payment to him through a POSB savings bank account, instead of the corporate bank account of Winter's international Pte Ltd, DO MAKE A POLICE REPORT ASAP without further delay. Fraud is a high possibility as there are known cases of Mr Summer Chew asking customers of Winter International Pte Ltd to make such payment arrangement which is highly dubious as this is a private limited co.

The authorities are currently investigating this issue, so pls keep your police reports coming, if you feel u may have been defrauded in anyway by Summer Chew of Winter International Pte Ltd.

Mr Chew even boasted to some of his closest friends and associates, that as an ex-cop, especially formerly from ISD, he is as good as " UNTOUCHABLE " by the law / SPF or the ruling party..due to him being well connected with the rich and powerful in SG ! Would love to see if this is true with all his cockiness..
