We are a second timer and this time round we are moving to an old (>40 years) point block.

Everything must go in the unit and we hope to contain our reno budget within $60K.

Quotation is around within our Budget but they gave a ballpark figure instead of itemizing. Also seems to have quite a bit of missing items. Will check with them

First quotation is within our buget but missing a lot of things. Still waiting for second quotation. Think it will be around $80k.

A rather famous architect cum designer for minimalistic concepts. Still toying with this route.
