Toilet Ventilation Fan

Hi, l'm living in BTO 4room flat where my common toilet is oppz both of my common rooms.

In result, my toilet is always wet & seems to start to grow some mould on the ceiling.

I'm consider to install the toilet ventilation fan.

Anyone have install the fan? What is the pro & cons
