Renovation Contractor Neeeded - No Id Thanks

sharing my renov quotation for my 3room flat for $7918  , some works not included here as i've engaged another contractor to do it. oh ya another tip is to see if some works you split into few firms to do it, that might lower your overall cost but down side is you need to coordinate more  

Plumbing works (Exclude hardware)

Provide labour to install kitchen sink 

Provide labour to install toilet bowl 

Provide labour to install basin and tap 

Provide labour to install mixer set 

Provide labour to install instant heater 

Provide labour to conceal new PVC drainage (PVC material incl)

Ceiling and Plastering works

Supply & install L-Box in Living room/Dining room

Supply & install false ceiling at Bedroom passageway 

Paintings

Interior wall painting ICI Dulux Pentalite / Nippon Venillex 5000 - 3+1 Colour

Carpentry work (5-ply solid plywood, Within 2 colours laminate, Price within $50.00, Choice of 1 type of internal colour PVC, ABS Trimmings, Carcass in laminate finishes)

Design & fabricate kitchen cabinets (20ft L for top & bottom)

EXCEL's Premium Hardware SAMSUNG-IREX Soft-closing hinges FOC

Earlier i had contacted few recommended renovation contractor from renotalk but they seems not interested due to the small scope of the works.
