Any good recommandation for good quality vinyl floor?

i am looking at installing for the 3 bed room for my new

flat.

How much will it cost ,and how to go about it.

Heh, I realise. Contractors also mark up their price when you go direct. What's the difference?

My friend's 4 room was quoted about 5K+ ?
