Looking For Affordable Contractors For Childcare Centre

Hi All. Anybody can recommend me affordable contractors for some renovation works for a childcare centre? Childcare centre is for low income family and hence looking for good, reliable and affordable contractors. I have some quotes from some contractors so far but the prices have been exorbitant because many contractors believe that owning a childcare centre is hugely profitable. Hence, looking for contractors who are experienced in this industry and willing to come down for a non obligation visit.

To tell the truth, it's really funny to think that owning a childcare centre is hugely profitable, especially when it is for low income familys.
