wshyang 0 Report post Posted December 30, 2015 Hi all,I've been wanting to strip off some old wallpaper and do a repaint over our wall, and from other forums learnt that the best way to remove old wallpaper cleanly is to score it up with a blade, and then rub trisodium phosphate all over it.Can this trisodium phosphate be found in Singapore?Where can I buy it?Thank you! bepgof 20 Report post Posted January 7, 2016 Use normal diluted bleaching liquid can liao, if you must use alkaline. You sure want to 'paint' ? Good luck. Now you ask how to remove wallpaper.Later you will ask how to even the wall surfaceFollow by why my my paint can't 'stick' to the wall.....Eventually you'll buy wallpaper to cover the wall.....Better now consider overlay with new wallpaper.
