Cement Powder And Rubbish Dump In Hdb During Reno

Recommended Posts

Hi anyone know, it is illegal to store over 30packs cement powders n debris in the hdb during reno? The contractors got no transportation and thus only willing to move out the debris after collecting large volume.

This is creating breathing hassle to my old parents who are still staying there while the kitchen is having a reno. The contractor uses the living room as their store n bring in over 30packs of cement powders n stack them together occupying half the living hall n debris are storing in the living hall too. Contractor claimed they dnt have transportation.

:(

If a contractor don't even have a transport better dun get them. Anyway, for hacking rubbish, they got to have a rubbish bin downstair, a requirement unless is a minor works n rubbish gonna clear everyday. If your flat completely empty ( not move in yet) then shouldn' b any problem for them to store their cement on non completed surface.
