Nothing much to update as approaching CNY period soon. Work slow down but surprised that one of our neighbour already moved in at Level 4.

Flooring done and covered with corrugated paper to protect it.

Finally my concret sink support is up! Based on RT forumer experience and recommendation, it is good to have it and so down the years it can last and will not corrode when there is water leakage.

Same as what I read in forum, Nic is very laidback and a simple chap. First impression is that he is always busy on the phone and not listening to our needs but to our surprised he can remember what we mentioned and immediately on the spot gave us the quotation. The quotation somehow met our budget but we left the office without confirming his service
