Need help and advise.

Just bought a 96sqm Resale 4rm

Need some reno work as follows :

Remove existing kitchen cabinet

Construct New Top kitchen cabinet (est about 11ft in length)

Construct New Bottom Kitchen cabinet (est about 5ft in length)

Construct base for Fridge

Overlay tiles in 2 toilets

Remove and replace 2 existing toilet bowl and basin

Construct Shower screen in 2 toilet

Reface Existing closet in Master bedroom

Remove existing built in side table in Master bedroom

Remove existing built in side table in Bedroom 2

Remove existing living room and bedroom cornice

Construct false ceiling with light holder for living room and bedroom

Painting of whole house

Anyone can provide rough quote plsssss..... tks tks a million

i think roughly $12k +/ -. assume u will need solid top for bottom kitchen cabinet too.

Just get one or two contractor to go to ur house and provide u a quote.
