Hi, you might want to get at least 2-3 quotation with the things you have in mind. Then compare the pricing again. However have to understand they will need to earn no matter what. So find a ID you feel comfortable working with, after all he will be the one managing your project.

Just make sure that the ID will follow the schedule and ensure that the project is delivered on time so that you need not chase him on the completion.

From what I see, it's abit on high side. Maybe consider getting another quote to compare.
