Is This Quote Reasonable ( Without Itemize )

i just got a quote $5500 from a contractor for whole toilet but he didnt itemize his quote. is this quote reasonable for a contractor?

( old 5 room flat master room toilet 127sqm)

1>hack wall and floor tiles

2>install wall and floor tiles

3>hack bathtub

4>supply and install basic basin and wc

5>reinstall piping

6>supply and install aluminium sliding door

7>waterproofing whole floor

Hi letonz,

Ur quote is not detailed. No sqft for wall, no price for cement, no labour no tiles price so it's hard to judge reasonable or not. Bit definitely u do only this sure the price will be higher than normal Reno. From what I know anything under 10k the price will be higher. Cheers

i took my own measurement using a measuring tape

length : 5ft and HT : 9ft

For final quote is 5.5K everything included.

i believe the company sub con to other company for hacking...

do some research i believe can get better price.

I did some reno to my bathroom as well. similar to your and it was less then 5K. PM me if you need the contacts, and they are very efficient as well.

By the way you didnt mention bout the Width.
