Avg Pricing For Kitchen Mixers And Rain Showers And Where To Buy

Hi all!

Newbie to this forum. Now working out budget for my reno.

Anyone has info on the average pricing for a good set of kitchen mixer and rain shower set? And where is the best place to buy them?

For the kitchen mixer am looking for those with the spring/flexi pipe like in commercial kitchens.

Also if anyone got lobang for storage water heaters as well. Looking at 30-40 liter type.

bro urs is BTO? if so usually got a lot of flyer...i realize their price usually quite good coz the target BTO in same area profit margin can lower abit and earn by bulk (economics of scale). Of course there could be cheaper item sold outside but usually without installation so add installation (ie: guy travel to your place to install just 1 tap so frankly u are paying for his labour and transport and time to travel).

but than again i might be wrong. just thinking of this from their perspective.

Can those taps, lights, rain shower ect be fixed according to singapore standards? Like the voltage, joints, connector for lights and the tap/shower head for plumbing. For LED light, is it easy to buy replacement bulb in sg?
