The price for a big renovation is reasonable. After finish this big project, you can begin to decorate your home to make ir a nice and cozy place. It's another cost. Also, don't forget to make it functional. for example, ou will need to add some bathroom accessaries in your bathroom such as the toilet paper holder and towel holders.
