I am looking for someone to do defect inspection service for a newly TOP apartment which I have recently purchased. Does anyone has any recommendation with a reasonable and affordable pricing?

I use Absolute Inspection for my newly completed condo. Not that cheap, but they seem to know what they are doing. You can google them to find out more.
