Please give guide to pricing as follows:

1. Hacking and retiling 600 x 600 homogeneous tile in the hall.

2. Hacking and retiling 600 x 600 homogeneous tile in 3 bedroom.

3.Hacking and retiling 600 x 600 homogeneous tile In the kitchen.

4.Hacking and retiling 600 x 300 Ceramic tile on kitchen wall.

5. Haulage costing

6. Permit costing.

7.hacking and installation of new kitchen cabinet (per foot run-top and bottom).

8. Installation of solid surface or Quartz by per foot run.

Mine is a resale unit and had been wanting to do the major renovation since moving in many years ago. Toilet will remain as renovated before when moving in with time limitation.

maybe u can provide the area size of your intend to hack and retile area

item 6 permit is a tactic that they chop your money, understand from my contractor which they themselves is a HDB registered contractor which the permit issue will be a click away and its not chargeable to we consumer.

item 7 kitchen cabinet should be 110-120 per feet run

item 8 solid top is 80+ per feet run Quartz is 90+ per feet run

Hacking is around 1400sqf with re-tiling for 3 bedroom, living hall and kitchen.

Kitchen wall also need hacking and re tiling.

which company are u using the quartz, because i had called iQuartz, Lian Hin, Caesarstone, eurostone.

the cheapest is $140 per feet. wonder which company supply $90 like what u mention.

do let me know the quartz company

Everyone's wants to earn from the pie but contractor price is always different from our end consumer prices. It's depends how your contractor gonna help you this what I can think of. My advise is get a reliable contractor and you proceed from there if your contractor helping you to save.

I have just done up my kitchen. Installed the I quartz u series, $180 per ft. Diff series diff price.

Hi All,

We have finally cfm with my present contractor and will be starting 1st Dec. Our commitment by black and white is that he will be handling over the house to me by the 17th Dec 2015 inwhich i think its challenging but yet manageable by the contractor.

Hope everything will go as smooth as indicated.
