Good news is that getting keys to take a look is not a major factor. You can easily refer to the "Tong Sheng" for reference.

Only when you move in or reno, than you got to be careful.

Haha, same for me! Im going to collect my keys on 28th Mar'07 and will have to wait a torturing 5 days to 'open door' for praying. I think this feeling is like waiting for your medical results after some tests for some illnesses, cannot eat and sleep during the period...

Hello

Base on your own Bazhi and on the basis you as the owner of the house, 19 Jun 07 is a good date for you to do renovation or move-in. I noticed that you provided other DOB. Not necessary if they are just occupants.

As checking dates takes up more time (which I don't have at the moment), it will be better if you can pre-select a date from a master and put it up here to confirm with me.

Pls take note that for renovation, you need to match the house with you. Most FS masters knows how to do that and it shouldn't cost much.

From the reno date, seems like you have already consulted. Good date if you start reno between 8am to 9am.

Should be alright since you didn't give birth time. Do it at noon. Sprinkle a handful of salt on the floor once you step in. Open all the windows and wait outside the house for 15 mins before you enter again.
