Labour Price For Hacking 120Sqm Of Floor Tiles?

Anyone know whats the average labour cost for hacking away existing tiles + laying floor tiles provided by me? I have a bunch of tiles (enough to cover 120sqm+10%allowance).

Hacking, depends bah. Prices I've heard range from 3k upwards for whole house? Think they go by psf.
