Reliable & Reasonable Contractor Wanted For Hdb 4 Room Resale Flat

Hi all ,

I'm looking for a reliable and reasonable HDB licensed contractor for my 4 rm renovation work. Any kind soul here who had good experiences with contractor wish to share their contractor contact? Many thanks in advance!

A rough Guide On what Needs to be done

House will be undergoing Home Improvement Programme soon just finished with Polling.So we hope to have the renovation together with the HIP renovation works.

Things need to be done are

Kitchen

-Hacking and installing New Kitchen Floor Tiles and Tilings

-Install New Kitchen Cabinet

-Electrical Works

- Replace water Pipes

Hall and rooms

- Hacking and installing New Tiles

Budget Constraint Issues Hope to find a reasonable and Reliable Co,Co have to be HDB approved too

Retiling my Kitchen Floor Area 191.25sqf x $10 = $1912.5

Retiling my Kitchen Wall Area 496sqf x $11 = $5456

Kitchen Bottom Cabinet 25ft x $120 = $3000

Kitchen Komplus top 25ft x 130 = $3250

Electrial works L/Sum $600 for my unit

Plumbing reuse existing and alter $150

total : $14368.5

above is estimated that I drag out from my quote but I done my 5rm resale for $45k using them which includes whole unit new flooring 2 new toilet, 3 new bedroom with platform, new living with feature & tv console, 12ft living cabinets, 3 wardrobe. cheers

No problem. But remember the handover time for your old unit and make sure they can complete before you handover your keys and move into the new unit. Don't trust the over promises contractor.

If you are interested, I can recommend you my friend which is in the ID firm, I could help you get a discounted price.

I'm also getting him to help me renovate my new BTO flat and so far so good. Not much hassles and issues. Good patience and provides good advises. I'm quite satisfied with his help and advise.

You might want to try asking him for a quote. Definitely we all want a good deal with good workmanship right? No harm comparing with others and fetch the best out of them.
