yeah. He is the type who will make initiative and take the first step to solve most problems.. However for my house there are too many things and some he had never encountered before.. nevertheless, he did not reject when i asked him for help.. he will still try and find out how to solve the issue. This is something admirable but hor.. i find him super naggy sometimes..

Still trying to resolve my Swing Issue.

Spoken to the boss who did the balcony for me with the steel bar, he mentioned I need to get a heavier duty fan hook (see pic below) courtesy from Ks Toh.

Anyone can advise where I can get the hook?

*PATS* Actually it looks okay!! What is opposite the toilet bowl, just the sink? Or showers? Your door doesn't go all the way to the top of the toilet?

I must say I like the black painted pipes! I had the same idea as well to paint all my big pipes black. If you can't hide them might as well show them off.
