Ceiling Fans For Bto 4Rm Living Room

Hi all,

Need some advise on whether installing a 52" ceiling fan in a 3400mm x 2660mm living room.

Planning to install L-box on both sides of the wall with 2 downlights each. Wondering will there be strobe effect and also if 4 downlights are bright enough or not just for the living room area.

I'm also planning to do this.

So far, discussed with ID and contractors and different people have different sayings.

But, my observations tell me the max distance between down lights is 3 ft even if you get higher wattage type.
