EADWELLER 0 Report post Posted September 11, 2015 Hi All, My HDb transaction will complete in end October 15. The seller has requested for an extension in handing over. I will only receive my keys in end Dec 15. I plan to begin the Reno work after 2016 Chinese New Year.May I know if it is too early to get a Reno quite now with the above-mentioned timeline? If so, may I know when's the best time to do so ? I heard many of my friends saying the workmanship will be better , cause if I start earlier, the workers may rush and do the work haphazardly. Any idea if this is true ? Thanks in advance for your input !
kimmeXtan 0 Report post Posted September 14, 2015 from what i heard from friends and my point of view... it's good to plan in advance. if resale, better to go down to site to take a look and get a more detailed quotation.as for workmanship, the carpenter still need to head down to your site to take measurements before fabricating the carpentry works. so it doesnt make a difference
