honghong 0 Report post Posted August 12, 2015 Any advice on the options from the cost perspective on a 5 room BTO (without HDB tiles), in view of the imposed use of premix screed.For discussion sake, which presents the cheaper option?1. Tile the living room, 2 bedrooms and MBR with wood tiles (and bear the cost of the screed)2. Tile the living room with wood tiles + using HERF for bedrooms and MBR (with HDB doing the screeding for bedrooms and MBR FOC)or there are other options.
