Sharing Of Small Claims Tribunal Hearing Experiences?

Hi all,

Am hoping if anyone out there could share some actual experiences of your own small claims tribunal hearing if possible, the outcome especially. Can share mine after the whole incident is closed...

Am about to enter the hearing phase soon, so not convenient to elaborate, but basically I'm embroiled with a home furnishing merchant who played punk and is trying to pull back my deposit.

Will appreciate if anyone can share with me if the outcomes will favour us consumers or rogue merchants, in the eyes of the law.
