Retile Of Living Room And 2 Bedrooms

In order to save a few dollars, I am thinking of not hiring a ID or contractor. What I intend to do is to buy the floor tiles and get someone to hack away the existing wood laminated flooring and to install / retile the flooring.

Just wondering how much the labour charge will be?
