Seance 0 Report post Posted July 25, 2016 Hi Jimmya & ericgan10, Please also pm me your ID/contractor's company, name and contact. Thanks a lot in advance! (Your ID is very popular, you've been sharing for about a year now. I guess it is against the forum rules to post contacts directly on this forum, but it would save you guys so much trouble.) Do advice and help me out. thanks Some items are charge too expensive. Kitchen cabinet base $36.50 pfr. You should have ask your ID to indicate the floor area for your living and bedroom for laying of tiles. So that you will know the price per sq ft u are being charge. I think you are being charge about $15 per sq ft. Market rate is about $11.50 psf. $1120 for L box only? Or including false ceiling? Any cove lighting? If its for L box only, you really got chop chop. General cleaning $200 and chemical washing $200? Why is that 2 charges? The cleaner only charge the ID 1 time. Market rate about $280-$300. Its not really that cheap after all. Your ID is charging you more on those small items.
jimmya 3 Report post Posted July 31, 2016 hi peihao83, warranty covers in the things they do, like ceiling, carpentry, tiling, plumbling, etc... included false ceiling as well.. well i have compared abt 7-8 coys before finalising it. so i guess its ok. moreover the most important thing is the person. if u feel comfortable with him , thats the most important thing to me. but anyway thanks for ur advise too.. greatly appreaciate.
