Ah i see..is really hard for you to support all things when your wife is not working. So all your lightings and electronic & furniture stuffs all bought? As that will cost another bomb too i think need at least S$10k if got aircon another S$3k. However if you are using back all your existing stuffs maybe not that bad.

My renovation started yesterday and everything is well planned and taken care of accordingly.

Yes delivery abt 200++ I bought at pelangi plaza. Very near to custom only. I went to teck lee furniture abit further, big coy n very cheap price but like very lok kok one, like wat to break already the cabinet. All the wood very thin one. So u must see clearly.

Most of stuffs i bought in Singapore as like what you say malaysia like very lok kok....and for furniture i buy sofa, mattress,dinning set and coffee table only.

But spent most at electronics stuffs and my aircon lol..
