Is This Quote Cheap And Reasonable?

Pretty good pricing from this particular id. However, just a note that if this quotation appears to be much lower than the other four ids, do a "safety" check like googling this id, searching on renotalk etc, to find other reviews on this id, where available. Cheers!

thanks for ur advice. so far i have check its still ok.

their coy is hdb registered reno contractor unlike alot of id firms who are not. they just sub out to ppl.

they have their own carpenters as well. maybe thats bcoz their price is on low side. i think coy is

around 15yrs so i think harder to run away or do a bad job for me.

the person is friendly n truthful to me on the things that i want. in fact he ask me to save costs rather than

other ids who says do this do that. so far i feel quite comfortable with him.

Glad to hear that! One more tip from me - the best way to check workmanship is to arrange a visit to one of the id's existing projects. Even better if the house owner is around when you visit.

thanks for ur advice. so far workmanship quite good. they have their own carpenters
thats y prices a bit cheaper i guess.. n they give 5 years warranty.

which a lot of id only give 1 or 2 years only.

I find his price is too weird or they said they going to give Custom made & install 11.5ft Quartz - $1265 do you know Quartz is the most expensive among all the other stones how can be $1265 for 11.5ft is equal to $110 per ft i think they give solid surface rather than the real quartz because the market price is really too low.And there are some hidden cost behind it because i have been scam before.They tell me this that in the end give me lousy quality and most important Cheaps things don't come good and good thing don't come cheap.Now i know why some ID firm they charge me so high because of their skillful worker and good quality !
