faithang 0 Report post Posted July 21, 2015 (edited) Kitchen cupboards are very oily after cooking. Didn't encounter such issue with previous Rinnai hood. Suction power bout 400.Tecno responded promtly with an after sales service. The salesperson conclusion was that the motor is working and no issue with suction (power of 800). They tested with a piece of paper. Paper was suck up. Salesperson asked me to live with it as I will face similar issue with other brands. The dealer conclusion was to put charcoal above the hood.Did any of yourfaced e same issue? Need some advice Edited July 21, 2015 by faithang
DTan85 0 Report post Posted February 4, 2016 I'm using a Japanese cooker hood and got the same issue. Cabinets, wall, floor all oily. Called the agent who said no matter how strong the hood will still have oil so normal.
