Conie Choo 4 Report post Posted July 11, 2015 Start from Jun 2015, for hdb flat whole house laying flooring must use pre-packed waterproofing screed and waterproofing membrane before laying new floor finished.It is included rooms and store room too?May know how about the wall finished?
